Tour enquiries submitted via our website or WhatsApp are non-binding requests. African Summit Tours will respond with availability and details.

A booking is confirmed only when African Summit Tours sends written confirmation (email, WhatsApp, or contact) accepting your request. Confirmation includes specific terms, inclusions, and arrangements.

5. Availability and Confirmation

All tours are subject to availability. Confirmation of your preferred date and tour will be provided directly by African Summit Tours. If your preferred date is unavailable, we will offer alternative dates.

6. Pricing

Tour pricing is per private vehicle for the specified group size. Entrance fees, meals, drinks, and optional activities are excluded unless specifically confirmed in writing.

Specific payment terms, deposit requirements, and payment methods will be confirmed when your booking is accepted.

7. Customer Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information for your booking, including:

Full names of all guests
Correct contact details
Hotel pickup location
Special requests or requirements

Incorrect information may result in delays or disruptions to your tour.

8. Pickup Information

Hotel pickup and drop-off locations are confirmed during the booking process. Pickup times depend on your hotel's location and the selected tour. Exact times will be confirmed in writing.

Guests are responsible for being ready at the agreed pickup time. Late arrival or no-show may impact the tour itinerary.

9. Third-Party Attractions

Tours may include visits to third-party attractions (national parks, wineries, restaurants, safari reserves, etc.). These attractions are operated independently. African Summit Tours is not responsible for:

Third-party entrance fees or costs
Operational changes or closures
Quality or availability of services
Accidents or incidents on third-party property

10. Weather and Natural Conditions

Tours may be affected by weather, traffic, or natural conditions. African Summit Tours reserves the right to:

Modify the itinerary
Adjust tour times
Cancel or reschedule if conditions make tours unsafe or impractical

11. Changes to Itineraries

Tour itineraries are flexible and may be adjusted based on:

Guest preferences (within reason)
Weather or traffic conditions
Attraction closures or operational changes
Safety concerns

Major itinerary changes will be communicated to guests as soon as possible.

12. Customer Conduct

Guests agree to conduct themselves respectfully during tours. Unacceptable behaviour includes:

Verbal or physical abuse to staff or other guests
Intoxication that endangers others
Violation of attraction rules or local laws
Reckless or dangerous behaviour

African Summit Tours reserves the right to end a tour if guest conduct is unacceptable.

13. Liability Limitations

African Summit Tours provides tours "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

Injury, accident, or illness during tours
Theft or loss of personal property
Weather-related changes or cancellations
Third-party actions, events, or services
Indirect or consequential damages

Guests participate in tours at their own risk and assume all associated risks.

African Summit Tours may photograph or film tours for marketing purposes unless you specifically object in writing. By booking, you consent to reasonable use of media featuring your group. Private guests requesting no media documentation must specify this in advance.
